sweet caroline

in just 8 weeks, i will be an aunt for the first time.  i can't wait!!!  not only am i excited to spoil someone rotten, and take about a bazillion photos of her, but also, she is a her.  a little girl.  tutus.  handbands.  pink.  don't get me wrong, i do love my boys, and can not imagine my life without them, but i so look forward to little caroline's arrival and enjoying everything that comes with being an aunt.

i was home in greenville, sc a couple weeks ago, and attended a couple of julie's showers.  we also took some time to take some maternity shots...














my mom is really excited about having a little girl in our family too.

    Beautiful photos. Between my sister and I we had 4 boys and 1 girl. I just love my niece, who now has a little boy of her own. I love all the boys too, but there is just something about a little girl...maybe because we see a little bit of ourselves in them. I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of her!
